To create you own subliminal message, you need to click on Custom message and click on add. As you can see in the image below, I created my subliminal message. The good news is that you can also edit the messages so you can add your personal motivational phrase or you can use to expose your roommate to phrases such as, “Pay my half of the rent” and see if it has any effect.
